SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY TIME 
Please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship out orders Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package! All orders are shipped from the US.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation text or email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance. SHIPPING IS 5-9 BUSINESS DAYS.  BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY !
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you have placed an order with us, and you have received an order confirmation email , you have 24 hours to cancel your order.
REFUNDS
We do NOT do refunds but we will gladly exchange your product if it is sent back within 7 days unworn and unused ! And we do NOT pay your shipping charges back . You MUST provide evidence of defect in your product prior to shipping by emailing us at thetrap.merch@gmail.com 
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at trapbarbieacrylics@gmail.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled. 
 
TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT'S NOT DELIVERED?

All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
